Czym będziesz się zajmować?

We’d love to work with you if you have:   
  • Have at least 1 year of proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Enjoy building relationships and supporting clients long-term
  • Can explain ideas simply and focus conversations on value
  • Are proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented
Nice to have:
  • Experience in an SEO or digital agency
  • Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing
  • German language skills
Responsibilities: 
  • Manage and grow long-term relationships with assigned clients
  • Join regular client calls and communicate updates in clear, business-relevant language
  • Spot early signs of dissatisfaction or confusion and address them quickly
  • Lead client onboarding and support seamless cooperation with SEO and project teams
  • Keep CRM and internal tools updated with notes, priorities, and next steps
