Czym będziesz się zajmować?

YOU WILL
  • As a member of the pre-silicon development team, you'll continue to be hands-on with SystemC and firmware development while taking on technical leadership responsibilities. You will:
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers in developing SystemC models and pre-silicon firmware for platforms such as Maia and Cobalt
  • Set technical direction for the team, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals
  • Serve as the primary technical interface between the RINF team and the client, communicating progress, risks, and architectural decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain pre-silicon firmware used for validation and emulation.
  • Contribute to the development of new platforms and improve existing system architectures and simulation environments.
  • Debug and optimize pre-silicon systems to ensure functional correctness and performance targets are met.
  • Work closely with silicon, architecture, and firmware teams to ensure timely and high-quality platform bring-up

Kogo poszukujemy?

MUST HAVE
  • 6+ years of experience in SystemC modeling, hardware-software co-design, or related pre-silicon development
  • Strong background in C/C++ development with experience in firmware or low-level software
  • Hands-on experience with simulation and emulation environments used for SoC bring-up and validation
  • Familiarity with hardware platforms or industry-standard SoCs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a technical team, set priorities, and mentor junior engineers
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams on technically complex projects
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience with RTL modeling and HW/FW interface debugging
  • Knowledge of ARM or RISC-V architectures, interconnects, and memory systems
  • Exposure to system performance modeling and architectural trade-off analysis
  • Comfortable working in large-scale codebases using version control systems like Git
  • Strong communication skills and experience in client-facing technical discussions
