Czym będziesz się zajmować?

YOU WILL
  • Develop and document standard civil engineering, construction, and building practices to be applied to subcontractors, aligning with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
  • Act as a senior technical resource for the department or cross-functional activities related to civil engineering,
  • Provide civil engineering support and direction for Rollout Manager and project Field Engineering staff engineers, as well as subcontractors.
  • Participate as necessary in tendering, documentation, and award of construction work for telecom site build projects.
  • Manage civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering activities for the expansion or modification of existing telecom sites,
  • Review/approve subcontractor design submissions for compliance with the scope, applicable standards, codes, and project specs.
  • Assist Project Management, Field Engineering, and Procurement groups as required in the acquisition/construction of new telecom sites or the modification of existing ones.
  • Assist the Rollout Manager in dealing with civil engineering issues related to third-party towers for collocation requests.

Kogo poszukujemy?

MUST HAVE
  • Requires expert knowledge and a minimum of 3 years of experience in analysis and cellular antenna system designs for rooftops and tower installations, both new and existing, or overlay telecom sites
  • Wireless telecommunications experience preferred
  • In-depth knowledge and interpretation of design drawings, and dealing with Architectural and Engineering subcontractors
  • Experience in planning, engineering, and new construction or expansion of telecommunications structures, buildings, systems, and wireless networks
  • Working knowledge of telecom and construction industry codes and standards
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Project management experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with standard office and CAD software.
