Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Designing and executing comprehensive test strategies for complex embedded systems and C++-based applications.
  • Implementing test automation frameworks tailored to embedded environments (Google Test/GMock, Catch2, Unity, etc.).
  • Developing custom test harnesses and scripts in Python to streamline and scale test coverage.
  • Conducting unit, integration, system, regression, white-box, and black-box testing.
  • Debugging and analyzing system behavior using tools like GDB, Lauterbach, or Ozone.
  • Collaborating with development, QA, and hardware teams to ensure quality across the product lifecycle.
  • Managing test data, test cases, and traceability documentation in line with V-model and safety-critical standards.
  • Supporting CI/CD integration with test pipelines and version control (Git, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
  • Participating in peer reviews and contributing to continuous improvement of QA practices.

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, including embedded systems and real-time applications.
  • Proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20) and STL; strong skills in reading, debugging, and understanding complex codebases.
  • Expertise in embedded RTOS concepts (e.g., Zephyr OS, FreeRTOS, VxWorks) and low-level hardware-software interactions.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks in C++ and Python scripting for test development.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2/C1 level (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with Yocto Project, embedded Linux, and microcontroller platforms (e.g., STM32, ARM Cortex families).
  • Strong grasp of communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, and Ethernet.
  • Experience in regulated or safety-critical industries (medical, automotive, aerospace) is highly valued.
  • Confidence working with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with requirements and test management tools (e.g., Jama) and traceability practices aligned with industry standards.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with test development in C++ and Python in ISO 13485 or similar regulatory environments.
  • Passion for quality, automation, and solving complex engineering puzzles with measurable outcomes.
  • Communication skills in Polish is a plus.
