•  Azure, LLM, Python

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field OR relevant professional experience.
• Several years’ experience in AI/ML development, ideally in Customer Care solutions.
• Strong Python and NLP framework skills.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure AI services (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Bot Services).
• Deep understanding of Azure cloud architectures and microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps.
• Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
