Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in CTO, Head of Technology, or Head of Development positions.
Experience in managing large development teams (20+ people).
Strong technical skills in backend (Java or C++ preferred).
Knowledge of modern IT tools and trends, openness to implementing AI solutions.
Ability to create and implement technological strategies.
Analytical thinking and ability to make strategic decisions.
Higher education in a technical/information technology field.
Fluent English in speech and writing.

Managing and developing a development team (potentially also DevOps in the future), including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee evaluations.
Organizing team work to ensure their highest efficiency and motivate team members to achieve company goals.
Expanding and maintaining algorithmic trading systems in the cryptocurrency market.
Close collaboration with Quants and Trading teams to optimize existing and create new technological solutions.
Developing and implementing the project's technological strategy.
Monitoring and implementing modern technologies, including AI solutions.
Responsibility for security, compliance, and the technological budget.
