We have a unique opportunity for you to join our team and lead software development in the video engineering team. Your role is to develop solutions to support our video estate, writing applications to highlight on configuration compliance, and report on usage using industry standard APIs. Your expertise will help us design and create some bespoke applications to meet our automation and reporting needs.

What you’ll do

• Lead the development of applications for the video engineering team.
• Design and develop efficient solutions in Node.js and Python on Linux and Windows servers.
• Liaise with our vendors to build applications compliant with guidelines and principles.
• Liaise with our application teams to utilise their software integrations.
• Document and handover the support to an Operations team.

• Solid software development knowledge. We don’t measure experience in years, but you must show that you really know what you are doing.
• Senior stakeholder management skills. You will interact with internal managers and department leads on a regular basis.
• Proficiency in English. We are a diverse company. Ability to communicate on a business level with everyone is a must.
• Reporting and presenting skills. You must know how to analyse and present solutions in a clear manner.
