For one of our key Clients we're looking for a two specialists for the positions of:

ServiceNow Architect (ITSM + CID | CAD)

Terms of engagement:

Area: IT Consulting

Vacancies: 2

Localisation: 100% remote

Start: ASAP (max 3 month notice period)

Salary rate (determined individually): 185 - 210 PLN net + VAT / h

Terms: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term (minimum 12 month+ contracts)

Recruitment process (100% remotely):

• Phone "hello" interview with 1dea recruitment consultant (~10 min)
• Technical and business conversation with our Client (approx. 1,5 hour)
• Decision to cooperate

• Lead ServiceNow Solution Lifecycle: Drive solutions from requirements to optimization
• Architect & Design: Create robust ServiceNow solution architectures
• Analyze CMDB/CSDM Impact: Assess changes on ITSM and ITOM processes
• Guide Development: Lead teams and manage business process implementation
• Mentor & Lead: Provide technical and architectural guidance to the team

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation or architecture
• ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification is a must-have
• A proven track record of leading project activities as a Lead Developer, Delivery Manager, or Architect
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and a knack for mentoring technical teams
• Extensive knowledge of various ServiceNow modules and custom development
• Proficiency in discovery, automation, compliance-driven infrastructure solutions, and multi-source data integrations
• The ability to translate complex business needs into elegant, pragmatic solution designs
• Solid grasp of enterprise application architecture, ITIL, and Agile methodologies
• English B2+ level (for collaborating with team / external partners)

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in German or other European languages
• A university degree in technology or a related field
