For our client, we are conducting a recruitment process for an experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong C# expertise.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable microservices architecture, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and security compliance.

Must have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and building complex microservices for large organizations
• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture, orchestration, and choreography (SAGA) using the Domain-Driven Design approach
• Develop, implement, and maintain scalable and loosely coupled microservices
• Strong programming skills in C#
• Expertise in building and deploying high-quality APIs (REST/WebSockets-based) for service communication
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

Better to have:

• Ability to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices deployment
• Practical knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift (RHOS)
• Knowledge of Git Workflows
• Experience in building observability for microservices.
• Ability to create automated, unit and integration tests.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger) with a Service Mesh communication layer.
• Experience working with asynchronous messaging systems (Kafka-based)
• Familiarity with distributed databases and data management strategies (SQL/NoSQL)
• Practical knowledge of working in a CI / CD environment based on Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Proficient in implementing event-driven architecture (EDA) based on Kafka.
