Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Managing client databases, primarily Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Handling incident management by responding to and resolving database-related issues and service requests, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
  • Conducting root cause analysis of database problems and implementing preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
  • Monitoring database performance, optimizing query efficiency, and forecasting resource requirements for optimal operation.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, setting database configuration standards, enforcing security protocols, and ensuring compliance.
  • Utilizing database management tools to investigate issues, analyze performance metrics, and generate detailed reports.
  • Performing routine configuration and reconfiguration of databases and associated software.
  • Supporting the transition to cloud environments, including deploying and managing databases on Microsoft Azure

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in database administration, with a strong focus on MSSQL and a proven history of successful deployments on Microsoft Azure.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2+ level.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive mindset with the confidence to ask challenging questions, coupled with motivation and a positive attitude.
  • Customer-focused, transparent, and solutions-driven approach.
