Digital Business Automation platform within are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team, specializing in infrastructure automation initiatives. While familiarity with Control-M is beneficial, a strong background in automation across various tools and platforms is essential. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing automated solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

• Develop and implement automation solutions for infrastructure management, including job scheduling, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design automated workflows that align with business needs and operational goals.
• Configure and deploy automation scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks, focusing on improving system reliability and performance.
• Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization, leveraging various automation tools.
• Document automation procedures, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain consistency

Hybrid work: 1 day a week from the Cracow office

• Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure automation.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages
• Experience with configuration management tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Hands-on experience with automation workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to automation workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
