Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Location: 100% remote (ocassional visits in Warsaw/Wrocław office are welcome)
  • Start: ASAP (max 2 weeks notice period)
  • Form of cooperation: B2B with ITFS
  • Salary: 145-165zł/h netto + VAT
  • Project: longterm
About the project:
  • The project is related to telecom brand.
  • The initial processes in scope are: Customer Contact, Accounts Receivables for B2B, Sourcing with a focus on Purchase requisitions or Payment terms in Accounts Payable
  • The goal is to enhance processes and data literacy for operational excellence. The Global Business Transformation team aims to drive customer-focused strategy and continuous improvement through data insights.
Recrutiment process:
  1. Phone call with ITFS (15-20 minutes).
  2. Technical interview with the Client.
  3. Project interview.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using Celonis.
  • Expertise in process mining techniques and tools, with the ability to document as-is processes and provide data-driven insights for process optimization and revenue leakage prevention.
  • Experience in designing and implementing process mining strategies within large organizations, including the creation of training materials to upskill employees.
  • Technical acumen in establishing technical infrastructure, data cleansing, and transformation, with proficiency in Microsoft SSIS, Power BI, and other relevant technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology, JIRA, and the ability to set up prioritization forums and PMO streams to enhance project delivery and debt management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills - English.
  • German or other European languages would be an advantage but not mandatory.
