Our client urgently needs 3 Procurement Specialists with IT experience! (this role require fluency in German)

• Localisation: hybrid --> 70% remote, 30% in the Berlin office (communication purposes)
• Start: ASAP (max 1 month notice period)
• Salary rate (determined individually): up to 150 PLN net + VAT / h
• Terms: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term (12m contract, with extend optiion)

• Act as the interface to the Stakeholders from IT and Business and coordinate / manage different projects (from a procurement point of view) supported by tactical/ junior resources
• Procure IT software, hardware, and SaaS solutions
• Align with and manage stakeholder needs to agree on requirements
• Ensure legal compliance for procurement processes (local/EU) and Terms & Conditions
• Conduct tenders in accordance with German and EU public procurement legislation
• Negotiate and award contracts

• Fluency in German and English (reading and interpreting English contracts)
• Experience with IT procurement (software, hardware, SaaS)
• Understanding of license and SaaS (Cloud) contracts
• Experience with EU tenders and eVergabe (or similar system)

• Strategic/ "Lead Buyer" experience to manage IT & Business stakeholders and procurement projects
