Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Keeping Archer (Third Party engagement tool) up to date by ensuring all risks are resolved in a timely manner
  • Participating in regular meetings with assigned vendors and actively engaging in discussions related to production issues
  • Maintaining SOW (Statement of Work) and Invoice records by updating the SOW tracking tool and seeking ITCM (Internal Technology Change Management) approval for associated SOWs
  • Validating SOWs for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all necessary details are included
  • Initiating meetings whenever necessary to address and resolve issues, and sharing meeting minutes and action items with relevant stakeholders
  • Setting up new SOWs or renewing existing contracts with sufficient advance notice to ensure timely signing before the commencement date
  • Keeping the SOW storage system up to date and generating associated reports as required

  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders located in different countries and time zones
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion of SOW reviews
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of SOWs and invoices
  • Proficient in gaining necessary approvals from stakeholders for invoices to facilitate on-time payments
