We are looking for skilled individuals for the infrastructure delivery team (Payments IT department). The team builds and supports Infrastructure across a range of technologies including Linux, MQ, WAS and Oracle.

With ever increasing real-time demands of our customers, the rapid delivery of robust infrastructure is key to achieving our key business drivers whilst maintaining availability and stability of service.

• Work closely with global Payment IT team on global infrastructure projects and standardization.
• Database design, review, tuning and optimization for application requirement.
• Carry out database server installation and administration according to Group standards. Identify problem root causes and implement preventive measures. Set up and maintain High-Availability and Disaster Recovery solution.
• Design and implement database operation user self-service and automation solutions.
• Performance monitoring including capacity management/planning, backup & job scheduling.
• Conduct performance tunning and optimzation.
• Create and maintain database server installation, configuration and administration documentations.
• Application SQL writing is required.

• Experience of database support in mission critical application
• Strong understanding of technology layers in application landscape, storage, OS, network, database, application
• Understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service
• Experience in Agile/ DevOps environment and in assisting in production support

• Required: Oracle database, Oracle RAC database, SQLServer/PostgreSQL, LINUX, Bash/Python
• Optional: Delphix, Oracle GoldenGate, MongoDB, Google Cloud, SQL, Amazon RDS, App Dynamics, Splunk, Puppet/Ansible/ Kubernetes, Github, Jenkins
