Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Handle end-to-end non-perm recruitment process for all Cybersecurity teams
  • Providing agencies with detailed job requirements
  • Consulting potential candidates’ profiles with agencies representatives
  • Setting up interviews and obtaining interview feedback from HMs and sharing it with agencies
  • Hosting and running weekly meetings with vendors, creation and maintenance of action logs.
  • Supporting onboarding and off-boarding of regional resources, including managing exit interviews for local Cybersecurity colleagues.
  • Coordinate reporting finalization and make sure all reports are complete and delivered on time (e.g. weekly/monthly recruitment report).
  • Participate in workforce management activities within Cybersecurity.
  • Monitor existing projects and initiatives to ensure timely execution and completion.
  • Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to: mandatory trainings completion rate, holidays utilisation rate, hosting departmental visitors, requesting equipment etc.
  • Event and branding cooperation ensuring company presence on the local market including organizational activities related to departmental presence on recognized cybersecurity conferences.
  • Participate in building interactions and relationships with local schools and universities.

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Understanding recruitment process in complex organisation. Previous experience in IT recruitment role is advantageous.
  • Experience within fast-moving, complex, and demanding corporate environments with a need to multi-task whilst dealing with ambiguity and change.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to ad-hoc queries in a timely manner, maintaining high quality of input
  • Excellent English, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, global financial services business models, regional compliance regulations and laws is a plus
  • Experience in dealing with expenses, 3rd parties, vendors, consultancy firms and contractors.
  • Experience in providing materials to senior executives, boards, and regulators.
  • Experience in managing large networks of stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
  • Project Management skills and experience are a plus
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
