Project

Join an engineering team responsible for supporting and maintaining an internal Kubernetes platform used by multiple development teams. You will focus on ensuring the platform remains reliable, available, and performant, while troubleshooting incidents and continuously improving its stability and automation.

The role combines Kubernetes administration, platform support, troubleshooting and reliability engineering in a large-scale enterprise environment.

You will
  • Support the deployment, configuration and maintenance of the Kubernetes platform.
  • Ensure the reliability, availability and performance of the infrastructure platform.
  • Diagnose and resolve Kubernetes infrastructure issues, incidents and integration failures.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements to increase platform stability.
  • Analyse logs, monitoring data and performance metrics to identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering and application teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Support automation and infrastructure improvements, including Infrastructure as Code
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including weekend support.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Must have
  • 5+ years of experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes administration experience
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts, operations, and troubleshooting
  • Good knowledge of containers and orchestration
  • Experience with Unix/Linux administration
  • Understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem and Change Management
  • Experience with automation and/or Infrastructure as Code
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including working with logs and monitoring dashboards
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple technical teams
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including weekends
  • Fluent English and Polish
Nice to have
  • Experience with Service Mesh technologies
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Kubernetes platforms
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools
  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or similar
  • Knowledge of SRE practices
