Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:
  • Support Commercial Banking customers with account maintenance, record updates, reports, correspondence, documents and financial transactions.
  • Analyse banking and legal documents in English and Hebrew; maintain accurate customer records.
  • Support employees and departments, answer queries and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow procedures, processes and systems; suggest improvements while complying with policies and regulations.
  • Assist the line manager with daily operations and SLAs; act as deputy during their absence.
  • Update data, timesheets, systems and databases on time; meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Maternity cover.

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Proficient spoken and written English and very good written Hebrew.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, including the ability to analyse complex structures.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks according to their criticality.
  • Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
  • Good understanding of the financial industry and effective use of MS Office.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
