Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Communication execution and segment support:
  • Turn communication plans into campaigns, content and materials for Aperam business segments, ensuring consistency across audiences and markets.
  • Coordinate campaigns, presentations, newsletters, digital content, videos and infographics; manage projects from briefing to delivery and develop toolkits, templates and processes.
  • Support marketing campaigns, digital media strategy, websites, social media (especially LinkedIn) and performance analytics.
  • Coordinate corporate communications, calendars, press releases, media materials, statements, Q&As, publication, media relations, conferences and reporting.
  • Support the Disclosure Committee and sensitive or time-critical communications discreetly.
  • Provide coordination and execution support during the External Head of Communications' maternity leave.
  • Ensure brand compliance; create or coordinate graphic and audiovisual content with external specialists.
  • Hybrid work: daily office attendance during the three-month probation; afterwards, two days from home and three in the office, with flexible start times.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:
  • Approximately 5+ years' experience in corporate, marketing or digital communication, or a related field.
  • Fluent English and German, with excellent written and verbal skills; French or another European language is welcome.
  • Experience developing and implementing integrated campaigns across digital, social, visual and traditional channels.
  • Knowledge of digital media strategy, social media management, website content, digital campaigns and analytics.
  • Knowledge of graphic design, image and video editing tools; ability to produce or supervise quality visual materials. Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent valued.
  • Excellent writing and editing, including clear, compelling communication of complex business or technical information.
  • Strong organisation and project management; able to coordinate stakeholders and deliver multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • Comfort using AI-enabled communication, content creation and productivity tools.
Personal qualities:
  • Hands-on, creative, proactive and autonomous, with visual communication and storytelling skills.
  • Highly organised and service-oriented; comfortable prioritising in an international matrix organisation.
  • Pragmatic and resilient in a fast-moving industrial environment; handles confidential information discreetly.
