Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Responsibilities:- Lead complex Wealth Lending projects end to end, defining scope, plans, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
- Coordinate business, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations stakeholders and resolve dependencies.
- Maintain project governance, risk and issue logs, decision records and steering committee materials.
- Assess and mitigate project risks, escalating issues with recommendations.
- Validate scope, business cases and cost-benefit analyses with sponsors, ensuring regulatory and control requirements are met.
- Communicate project status, risks and decisions to stakeholders and senior management.
- Coach project team members and oversee programme budgets, planning and finances.
- Hybrid work, currently up to two days at home per week.

Key requirements:- 8–10+ years in project or programme management, business transformation or a related field, delivering complex cross-functional initiatives in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
- Ability to manage concurrent initiatives and competing priorities while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience influencing senior business, technology and risk stakeholders, with clear communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause assessment and practical recommendations.
- Sound judgment, discretion and ability to work through ambiguity in a global matrix organisation.
- Commitment to governance, risk awareness and ethical conduct, considering regulatory and reputational impacts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- PMP, CAPM, PgMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Master's degree or advanced managerial qualification.
- AI and digital fluency, including applying generative AI to business strategy and delivery.
- Familiarity with governance, risk and regulatory considerations for AI adoption in financial services.
