Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Role Overview: Cyclad is seeking an Automation Expert to design, implement, and scale end-to-end automation solutions within the Supply Chain domain, combining architecture, process optimization, and business transformation.
- Solution Design & Integration: Build end-to-end automation, workflow orchestration, and integration solutions. Ensure seamless connectivity across systems, applications, and data flows using APIs, middleware, and low-code platforms.
- Governance & Scalability: Establish and enforce automation standards, frameworks, and best practices to enable rapid onboarding and scalable process expansion.
- Business Transition & Optimization: Support business transitions by stabilizing operations, minimizing disruption, and translating complex supply chain requirements (planning, inventory, export) into clear automation use cases.
- Risk Reduction & Continuous Improvement: Minimize manual effort and operational risks through intelligent automation. Implement monitoring tools for reliability, and leverage data insights to drive continuous workflow improvement.
Kogo poszukujemy?
- 6–8 YoE in automation or process optimization roles
- Experience with tools such as UiPath, Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, or ServiceNow
- Proven experience in automation solutions (RPA, workflow tools, integrations)
- Strong understanding of system integration (APIs, middleware, low-code platforms)
- Experience with process design, controls, and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
- Very good command of English
