Czym będziesz się zajmować?
🧠 Your responsibilities- define and drive test strategy across the project
- oversee performance and quality assurance processes
- communicate with stakeholders and report to the client
- define testing standards, tools, and best practices
- support and mentor QA team members
- ensure high-quality delivery in a complex environment
Kogo poszukujemy?
🧩 Must haves- strong experience in test automation
- experience in defining test strategies
- experience with performance and load testing
- hands-on experience with Python
- experience with JavaScript (for k6) or Java (for JMeter)
- experience with load testing tools (e.g. Apache JMeter, k6)
- experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Robot Framework)
- experience working with CI/CD pipelines
- high level of ownership and leadership mindset
- English at B2 level or higher
- experience in security-related projects
- experience leading QA teams
