Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Responsibilities:- Participating in consulting or implementation teams during IT projects for financial institutions, especially insurance companies.
- Independently conducting complex business analysis, defining functional requirements, testing solutions and supporting UAT.
- Working daily with software developers and IT architects.
- Supporting Agile project coordination, mentoring junior team members and taking ownership of assigned areas.

Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
- Familiarity with insurance business processes and experience delivering IT solutions in an international team.
- Creative, resourceful and proactive approach to complex problems, with strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills.
- Ability to learn quickly in an international environment and collaborate with English native speakers.
- At least a bachelor's degree and availability to work full-time in Poland and the European Union.
- English at C1 level or higher.
- Experience in consulting, implementation or an IT company, especially in insurance or bancassurance.
- Leadership and team management skills, with responsibility for team results.
- Good knowledge of German or French.
- Willingness to travel abroad for up to 50% of working time.
