Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Monitor and support enterprise network and telecom infrastructure across global environments
- Troubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure-related issues to minimise service disruption
- Work closely with engineering teams and external vendors to restore services efficiently
- Support incident resolution processes and escalate issues where required
- Analyse operational data and identify opportunities for proactive improvements
- Contribute to infrastructure stability, monitoring standards and operational best practices
- Participate in global support activities within distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Assist with service optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Good understanding of network infrastructure, telecom technologies and connectivity concepts
- Knowledge of network topologies, protocols and operational support processes
- Experience working within ITIL or Agile environments would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and external providers
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work in dynamic support environments
- Openness to learning new technologies and operational tools
