Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Act as a Microsoft Fabric subject matter expert within the adoption team
- Design and deliver training materials and instructor-led sessions (online/on-site)
- Translate technical concepts into clear, user-focused guidance
- Support adoption initiatives and contribute to learning journeys
- Collaborate with stakeholders and co-develop the adoption approach with the Project Manager
- Ensure training quality, consistency, and alignment with governance standards
- Incorporate feedback and stay current with Fabric and Purview updates
- Work within governance frameworks and collaborate with distributed (including offshore) teams
- Focus on enablement and adoption rather than full-time development
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Senior-level experience with Microsoft Fabric (hands-on expertise required)
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Purview and data governance concepts
- Experience in designing and delivering technical training or workshops
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into accessible learning content
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
- Ability to bridge technology, governance, and user adoption perspectives
- Proactive, insight-driven mindset with a focus on user enablement
- Very good English skills
