Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to products, accessories, mobile applications, and connected devices
- Guiding customers through product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Identifying root causes of technical issues and determining appropriate solutions
- Escalating complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
- Documenting customer interactions and technical findings accurately in internal systems
- Educating customers on product features, best practices, and preventive maintenance
- Ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets
- Work from office in Katowice (Zabrska 19, Global Office Park), Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00 and Saturday 9:00-13:00
- Full-time position available as of 16.11.2026
- Labor contract with attractive salary

Kogo poszukujemy?
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting roles
- Strong technical aptitude and interest in consumer electronics, smart devices, home & garden equipment, or power tools
- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear, customer-friendly solutions
- Good knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Readiness to work from an office in Katowice
