Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Elicit functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Analyze business needs to understand underlying objectives and purpose
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to clarify and translate requirements into implementation specifications
- Communicate requirements and objectives effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
- Perform data mapping, data modeling, and solution design
- Contribute to application architecture, maintainability, and solution design
- Design near real-time data pipelines
- Analyze data to identify issues, assess implications, and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with developers and test engineers throughout delivery processes
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different business areas
- Own requirements documentation, including use cases, and drive quality improvements
- Access and analyze complex distributed datasets using statistical methods
- Promote analytical best practices, challenge existing approaches, and influence colleagues toward improved ways of working
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Proven experience in designing data-intensive solutions
- Hands-on experience in the banking industry
- Strong understanding of requirements elicitation techniques and business analysis
- Expertise in translating business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
- Practical experience with AI solutions, including Copilot, LLMs, and agentic solutions
- Excellent SQL skills, including Snowflake and MSSQL
- Experience with Snowflake and dbt
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience working with international stakeholders and multicultural teams
- Understanding of domain-driven design, event-sourcing architecture patterns, microservices architecture, and clean code practices
- Experience delivering scalable data products
- Understanding of enabling data-driven decision making through accessible data solutions
