Project

Join a global platform engineering team responsible for managing and evolving an enterprise-scale Power BI and Microsoft Fabric environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the platform remains secure, scalable, well-governed, and highly available while enabling thousands of users to leverage modern reporting and analytics capabilities.

This role combines platform administration, architecture, governance, automation, and operational excellence, making it ideal for an experienced Power BI professional looking to work beyond report development.

You will
  • Administer and continuously improve the enterprise Power BI platform
  • Configure and manage Power BI capacities, workspaces, and deployment pipelines
  • Design operational dashboards and governance reports
  • Implement monitoring, telemetry, and alerting solutions
  • Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies
  • Support platform security, governance, and compliance initiatives
  • Enable and manage Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Copilot, and AI capabilities
  • Produce technical documentation and architecture designs
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Power BI users across the organization
  • Drive platform improvements and contribute to the long-term Power BI strategy

Kogo poszukujemy?

Must have
  • Proven experience administering Power BI in an enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
  • Experience with Power BI tenant administration, governance, and platform configuration
  • Experience managing workspaces, capacities, deployment pipelines, and security models
  • Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, or similar
  • Experience implementing monitoring, telemetry, and operational reporting
  • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance best practices
  • Experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards for operational or platform management
  • Understanding of DevOps and release management practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English and Polish
Nice to have
  • Experience with Power BI Copilot and AI-powered capabilities
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud services
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics platforms
  • Microsoft certifications related to Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure
