Senior Python Backend Engineer

1. Design and document technical solutions for API-based and microservices integrations
2. Take ownership of end-to-end development, delivering secure and scalable solutions across backend and frontend layers
3. Build and manage integrations between systems using cloud-native services (e.g., serverless functions, messaging)
4. Optimize and maintain existing codebases (primarily Python), including refactoring where needed
5. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders, presenting solutions and incorporating feedback
6. Contribute to future architecture planning, including potential cloud migrations and platform improvements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in cloud development, with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Functions, API Management, monitoring, messaging services)
• Strong programming skills in Python, with additional experience in Java or .NET
• Solid understanding of unit testing practices and commitment to high code quality
• Experience with application monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization (e.g., Application Insights or similar tools)
• Proven experience in designing and implementing API integrations, ideally within CRM or similar environments
• Ability to translate technical designs into production-ready solutions efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven approach
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Flexibility to work across multiple technologies, programming languages, and cloud platforms

Nice to have:

•  Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
•  Familiarity with integration of third-party platforms or SaaS tools
• Background in working with enterprise-scale system integrations
