Czym będziesz się zajmować?

We are an international organization with over 500 employees across Europe, working together to deliver reliable products and services that support everyday business operations. Our IT department is a small but highly experienced team, spread across several European locations. We are now looking for an IT Helpdesk Operations Coordinator (on-site job from Mielec) to strengthen our support function, streamline helpdesk processes, and ensure smooth IT operations across our offices.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating support activities, and working in a collaborative, international environment.

Core responsibilities:
  • Deliver 1st line IT support through direct interaction with users
  • Manage and coordinate the helpdesk ticketing system, keeping it efficient and up to date
  • Conduct user onboarding and IT-related training
  • Actively collaborate with the IT department and cross-functional teams
Additional tasks:
  • Provide some 2nd line support and escalate issues when needed
  • Investigate recurring incidents and suggest improvements
  • Contribute to IT process optimization and documentation

Kogo poszukujemy?

Essential skills:
  • Windows 11 configuration and troubleshooting
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Basic networking knowledge
Nice to have:
  • PowerApps
  • Active Directory (AD)
  • Experience with ticket systems (ClickUp)
  • Knowledge of tools such as e-mail signature solutions, asset management, and patching tools
Experience & qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in user and application support
  • Fluency in English (experience with English-speaking users is a plus)
  • Structured, organized working style
  • Relevant IT education, training, or certifications
