Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Handle primary accounting documents such as invoices, bank statements and more
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the D365 ERP system
- Manage the AP cycle, including recording invoices, preparing payments and reconciliations
- Reconcile all balance sheet accounts, including banking, customer, vendor and accruals
- Prepare the trial balance and other materials for month-end close
- Participate in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports
- Assist with statutory and tax audits
- Work in tandem with the finance team to successfully implement financial strategies
- Depending on the role, you may be required to register with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, ACCA qualification or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in accounting
- Proven experience in monthly and year-end closing processes
- Experience in D365 or other ERP systems is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Well-organized, motivated and capable of working with limited supervision
