Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct independent reviews and challenge activities under the CCRRO annual review plan.
  • Assess processes, controls, methodologies and calculations for regulatory capital metrics, including Standardized and Advanced RWA, G-SIB surcharge and SLR.
  • Review capital interpretations for consistency with Basel regulations, guidance and internal policies.
  • Communicate testing progress, observations and emerging risks to management and stakeholders.
  • Support Basel III Endgame readiness and second-line oversight enhancements.
  • Build RWA and capital risk analytics using AI, Python, Tableau, LLM capabilities and internal or external data.
  • Create management reports and dashboards for senior decision-making.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in regulatory capital, Basel RWA, capital reporting, capital controllers, capital risk management, internal audit or a related function.
  • Experience reviewing large and complex datasets and performing analytical assessments.
  • Strong data analytics and visualization capabilities, including Python, Tableau, SQL, Power BI or similar tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master’s degree and an additional professional certification.
  • Experience in Basel regulatory capital controlling, regulatory capital reporting such as FFIEC 101 or FR Y-9C, or regulatory capital oversight.
  • Strong understanding of Basel III Endgame.
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning and large language models for business analytics.
