Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:
  • Support ERP migration from a business process and Process Excellence perspective.
  • Design, analyse and optimise end-to-end P2P and O2C processes.
  • Implement and improve purchase order and purchase requisition approval flows.
  • Identify process gaps and propose solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP standards.
  • Support integration across SAP areas and translate requirements into functional solutions.
  • Support testing, validation and implementation of new or migrated processes.
  • Prepare process documentation and support change management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP experts and international teams; independently drive assigned topics to implementation.
Assignment details:
  • Remote work with regular office visits in Berlin; occasional travel may be required.
  • Start on 1 December 2026; duration of 12 months with possible extension.
  • Contribute to an international programme for a telecommunications customer.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with SAP business processes and strong practical P2P and O2C knowledge.
  • Good understanding of purchase order and purchase requisition processes and approval workflows.
  • Experience in process design, optimisation, harmonisation or Process Excellence.
  • Previous involvement in ERP or SAP implementation, transformation or migration projects.
  • Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Understanding of cross-functional SAP processes and integration between business areas.
  • Independent, proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English.

  • German language skills.
