For one of our international clients in the professional services sector, we are looking for a highly proactive Senior Associate to support business operations and application-related activities. This role involves close collaboration with development teams, product managers/owners, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth application delivery, adoption, and ongoing improvement.

• Provide day-to-day operational and project support to the project team
• Collaborate with developers and product managers on testing activities, documentation, and capturing business requirements
• Support application users by answering functionality-related questions and assisting with issue resolution
• Lead onboarding activities for new users, including delivering training sessions and preparing user guides and instructional materials
• Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify and suggest improvements

• Experience in project-based work or operational/application support roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Understanding of basic business processes and enterprise application usage
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken

• Experience using AI-driven solutions in business processes
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with project management or service tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
• Ability to create clear user documentation and training materials
