Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers by phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot products, accessories, mobile applications, and connected devices.
  • Guide customers through product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Identify root causes, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed.
  • Document customer interactions and technical findings accurately in internal systems.
  • Educate customers on product features, best practices, and preventive maintenance, while meeting customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity targets.

  • Office-based work in Katowice at Zabrska 19, Global Office Park, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00.
  • Relocation support to Katowice and a full-time position available from 16.11.2026.

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Fluent Swedish at C1 level and English at B2 level.
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting.
  • Technical aptitude and interest in consumer electronics, smart devices, garden equipment, or power tools.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide clear, customer-friendly solutions.
  • Good knowledge of the Windows environment and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Readiness to work from the office in Katowice.
