Czym będziesz się zajmować?
YOU WILL- Lead the SRE team delivering engineering outcomes for critical services and vendor-underpinned platforms.
- Own team delivery end-to-end: demand intake, prioritisation, execution, and reporting.
- Work with Product Owners to define and implement SLOs/SLIs/SLAs to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to embed reliability best practices into the software engineering lifecycle.
- Drive improvements in observability and monitoring; evaluate and introduce tools/technologies that improve reliability and operational efficiency.
- Set and uphold engineering and operational standards (documentation, peer review, quality controls, runbooks) and measure outcomes to improve team performance.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to build capability and uplift engineers into a high-performing engineering function.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the team.
Kogo poszukujemy?
MUST HAVE- 3+ years leading engineers and providing technical direction in an enterprise environment.
- Proven experience transforming a team into a high-performing engineering/SRE team.
- Strong automation and scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash, etc.).
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and observability/monitoring stacks (e.g., AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, Open Telemetry).
- Proven experience maintaining highly available, low-latency systems in a regulated industry (preferably banking, fintech, or insurance).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; comfortable working in a multi-cultural/global environment.
- Working experience in Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and within a diverse team environment.
- Strong documentation, collaboration, and ownership Mindset.
