Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Responsibilities:- Create static and motion visuals for social media ads and performance marketing campaigns.
- Design landing pages and digital assets adapted to campaign goals and platform formats.
- Manage creative projects independently from concept to final delivery, maintaining visual quality and consistency.
- Test new creative approaches and contribute ideas.
- Part-time cooperation on a B2B or mandate agreement.
- 70–80 PLN gross per hour, negotiable depending on the agreement.
- Access to digital tools and a knowledge library.
- Team integration opportunities and a Multisport card on preferential terms.
Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:- Proven experience creating landing pages and digital assets for performance campaigns.
- Experience designing social media advertising creatives and knowledge of paid social formats, trends and best practices across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or other channels.
- Advanced Figma skills and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Strong visual design fundamentals, attention to detail and ability to produce consistent static and motion assets quickly.
- Experience independently managing the creative process from concept to delivery.
- Understanding of AI integration into design workflows for faster ideation and experimentation.
- Portfolio showcasing social media creatives, ad concepts, performance visuals or digital campaigns.
- Polish proficiency at C1 or higher.
- Proactive approach and willingness to test new creative methods.
- Practical use of AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway or Gemini.
- Experience with DTP.
