Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Samodzielne prowadzenie pełnej dokumentacji kadrowo-płacowej
- Naliczanie wynagrodzeń oraz przygotowywanie list płac
- Obsługa i wprowadzanie danych w systemie kadrowo-płacowym (Optima)
- Przygotowywanie deklaracji: ZUS, PIT, PFRON oraz raportów do GUS
- Kontakt i współpraca z instytucjami zewnętrznymi (ZUS, US)
- Doradztwo i wsparcie klientów w bieżących zagadnieniach HR i payroll
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Doświadczenie w samodzielnej obsłudze kadr i płac
- Bardzo dobra znajomość przepisów prawa pracy, podatkowych i ubezpieczeń społecznych
- Praktyczna znajomość zagadnień kadrowo-płacowych
- Znajomość programu Optima
- Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office
