Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Define and drive the product vision for the B2B Loyalty & Commerce Portal
- Translate business strategy and customer needs into actionable product backlogs and delivery plans
- Lead feature development from discovery and business case definition through delivery and optimization
- Prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs between customer experience, business value, and delivery capacity
- Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, content, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor and improve platform KPIs related to engagement, conversion, and performance
- Support the continuous enhancement of retailer and partner digital experiences
- Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams in international environments
- Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and product roadmap alignment
- Contribute to product growth initiatives and optimization strategies
Kogo poszukujemy?
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in Agile environments
- Proven background delivering digital products in B2B ecosystems
- Strong Salesforce experience, preferably within Commerce Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and related Salesforce digital platforms
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle: discovery, business case creation, delivery, optimization
- Strong backlog management and prioritization skills
- Ability to align and influence stakeholders without formal authority
- Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with KPI-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in international teams
- Fluent English
