Our customer is the leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation. As an IT Support Agent with German, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking customers by providing high-quality technical support and ensuring efficient problem resolution.
Location: Katowice, Lublin, Opole -> hybrid model of working in one the locations (2 visits in the office per week)
Working hours: Mon-Fr -> business hours or 24/7 support
Type of project: IT Support/Service Desk
Languages: German & English
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Very good knowledge of German & English (B2/C1 levels)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk is an advantage (but not required)
