- Develop and implement comprehensive creative strategies that align with clients' brand identities and marketing goals
- Strategically integrate User-Generated Content into brand advertisements while maintaining brand integrity
- Write compelling, engaging, and high-converting ad copy for various social media platforms
- Conceptualize and create engaging storyboards for ad campaigns
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-performing creative assets
- Analyse and interpret campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization
- Stay abreast of latest industry trends and technological advancements to keep creative strategies innovative
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design or a related field
- Proven 5 years experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, creative environment
- Exceptional English speaking and writing skills with a knack for crafting compelling ad copy
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their best practices and global trends
- Understanding of cross-categorial insights, especially related to Gen-Z
- Proven track record working with top brands on minimum regional level
- Demonstrated ability in conceptualising and creating engaging storyboards
- Ability to analyse and interpret marketing data to inform strategy development
- Proven track record in managing UGC and maintaining brand equity
- Proficiency in latest digital and social media tech and communication trends
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
