Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Leading the development, implementation and ongoing management of procurement category strategies for CIB at a global level.
- Leading end to end planning and execution of sourcing projects, including requirements gathering, commercial and contractual negotiation and securing internal endorsement.
- Developing and maintaining a global stakeholder network in a complex and dynamic business environment.
- Understanding the internal dynamics of the supply base and driving business outcomes with subject matter expertise.
- Monitoring the supplier market to identify opportunities from new product offerings or market shifts.
- Leading or supporting the creation and maintenance of a pipeline of projects to achieve savings targets.
- Playing a role in the continuous development and improvement of the HSBC procurement team.
- Monitoring buying channel compliance and driving corrective action.

Key requirements:- Experienced in Technology sourcing
- Ability to articulate, influence and translate strategic objectives into effective category strategies
- Strong interpersonal and commercial skills with proven ability to build relationships
- Background in leading high value, complex negotiations of IT Contracts
- Robust understanding of third party contract frameworks
- Results orientated with ability to navigate complex processes
- Robust understanding of the financial services industry
- Experience in developing and maintaining a global stakeholder network
- Technology Category Management experience
- Software sourcing experience, including On-premise and SaaS for trading and brokerage platforms
