Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Support the Head of Sales and Head of Growth on the substantive side of proposals.
- Provide the meritorical backbone for sales pitch decks.
- Run or co-run discovery workshops and prospect calls to surface what the client really needs.
- Educate the team on project risks such as technical challenges, security exposure, and compliance gaps.
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Experience contributing to sales pitch decks and estimating IT projects across scope, discovery, and SLA.
- Strong product positioning instincts.
- Proficiency with AI tools like Claude Code.
- 3+ years in IT, working in business analysis, presales, solution consulting, or product strategy.
- Comfortable in client conversations.
- Solid grasp of how software actually gets built and what's technically feasible.
- Business analysis toolkit covering requirements gathering, process modeling, scoping, and estimation.
- Proactive, collaborative communicator who works well across technical and non-technical teams.
- English and Polish at C1 level.
