Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Implement and customize Guidewire core insurance system, working with alternative JVM language
- Lead the design of IT solutions, taking into account architecture and its constraints
- Serve as a reliable advisor and sparring partner for clients
- Independently lead a project team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high standards
- Monitor compliance with project scope, spread good practices, and share knowledge across teams
- Create well-structured technical documentation using BPMN, UML
- Work directly with clients as an active member of an agile project team
- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients
Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:- At least 4 years of commercial experience as a software developer using Java or Gosu
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role as Tech Lead or Architect
- Fluency in English and German (B2/C1 level)
- Solid hands-on experience with systems integration or insurance domain
- Understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean code principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to bridge business and technical solutions
- Experience in effort estimation and risk identification
- Knowledge of Web Services, Microservices, JMS, or Spring
- Readiness to travel regularly
- Ability to work in the EU
- Experience from a consulting company
- A desire to mentor and support less experienced colleagues
- A proactive approach to self-development
