Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Responsibilities:- Lead strategic design projects end-to-end, from challenge framing through launch readiness.
- Structure complex challenges into actionable plans using frameworks such as the Project Pyramid.
- Align C-level executives, ministries and enterprise stakeholders.
- Bridge business, design and technology while protecting the design vision.
- Collaborate with stream leaders, researchers, designers and developers to deliver measurable impact.
- Remote B2B cooperation based on agreed project outcomes, delivery quality and clear communication.
- Use an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment and project tools required for delivery, security or client compliance.
- Commercial range: 20,000–25,000 PLN net plus VAT per month, depending on experience, expertise, scope and availability.
- Long-term B2B collaborators may purchase MultiSport or enel-med packages on preferential group terms.
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Solid UX and/or UI design background with strong craft foundations.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise platforms, government services or complex corporate ecosystems.
- Strong business literacy and ability to connect design decisions with strategy.
- Excellent facilitation, communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to remain resilient and calm under pressure.
- English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
