Czym będziesz się zajmować?

About the program:
  • 10-week summer program within different disciplines of the Risk Management area in Poland, starting mid-June 2026
  • Functional and technical training programs designed to promote professional development and effective work habits
  • Learning opportunities in modelling, programming, derivatives, risk management, as well as soft skills including presentation and communication skills
  • Overviews of Citi businesses and Risk Management disciplines, such as Credit Risk, Counterparty Risk, Market Risk, Model Risk Management, Capital and Stress Testing, Reporting
  • Each Summer Analyst is matched with a junior and a senior mentor who guides and supports them throughout the summer
Responsibilities:
  • Performing tasks, activities or assignments typical for a given Risk Management Team
  • Working under direct supervision
  • Resolving task-related problems and/or working on a dedicated project

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Pursuing a master's degree in one of the disciplines: Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering, Science, or other relevant major (preferred)
  • Between penultimate/final year of university, with graduation date in March/July 2027
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Cooperation and focus in achieving group and client objectives
  • Innovative and creative in solving problems
  • Quick thinking and detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Dedication to learning and a true passion for business
  • Interest in leveraging advanced quantitative methods and technology to model, measure, and mitigate financial risk
