Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Responsibilities:- Translate client business goals and constraints into marketing priorities, KPIs and a roadmap.
- Lead client meetings and workshops, present recommendations and manage expectations.
- Combine performance marketing, creative, content, marketing automation and conversion optimization into one plan.
- Define project scope, responsibilities, timelines and quality expectations; brief specialists and remove blockers.
- Manage budget and team capacity, monitor hours and profitability, and negotiate scope changes.
- Interpret results with specialists and recommend changes, tests or activities to stop.
- Identify relationship risks and opportunities to renew or expand collaboration.
- B2B, employment or contract of mandate; full-time or part-time, with at least 60 hours per month for part-time work.
- Access to digital tools and a knowledge library, plus optional team gatherings.
- Multisport and Luxmed on preferential terms.
Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:- Experience independently leading marketing projects and client relationships in an agency.
- Broad digital marketing knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one of performance marketing, marketing automation, CRO or content.
- Strategic thinking, problem diagnosis and the ability to recommend a direction.
- Understanding of marketing KPIs and project economics, with data-informed decision-making.
- Strong consulting and communication skills, including workshop facilitation and constructive feedback.
- Team leadership, delegation and accountability.
- Examples of projects led, decisions made, outcomes and lessons learned.
- Excellent written and spoken Polish and English; availability for client collaboration during business hours.
- Experience with e-commerce, D2C brands or growing businesses.
