Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Project:
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) initiative in the financial sector, focused on verifying client identity to prevent fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing and other illicit activities
  • Collecting and analyzing identifying information (legal names, addresses, dates of birth, government-issued identification) before allowing clients to open accounts or engage in financial transactions
  • No prior experience required – you will learn everything while working on the project
Assignment details:
  • Start: 1st of November
  • Full time, full 8-hour workday
  • Duration of employment: 5 months with possible extension
  • Hybrid work model: 2/3 days per week from the office (Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź)
  • Flexible work organization and international work environment with daily use of English
Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing Transaction Monitoring alerts and KYC customer profiles
  • Searching and aggregating data from internal systems
  • Assessing material and making decisions – to close or to escalate
  • Describing and concluding on material
  • Using SOPs (procedures) and Work Instructions to populate Excel, SharePoint and other tools

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:
  • English and Swedish at C1 level
  • Interest in AML/KYC topics or initial experience in this area
  • Analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills on different business levels with ability to build partnership business relations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to search for and analyze information in internal systems
  • Ability to work in accordance with procedures and operational instructions
  • Meticulousness, responsibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under time pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a results- and reporting-oriented environment
  • Ability to make decisions based on data analysis
  • Availability for a full 8-hour workday
Nice to have:
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Administration, Compliance or a related field
  • Prior experience in office work or in a corporate environment
