Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Projektowanie i rozwój aplikacji webowej do automatycznej analizy modeli IFC i weryfikacji standardów budowlanych
- Przetwarzanie danych 3D: parsowanie plików IFC, ekstrakcja metadanych, zarządzanie relacjami przestrzennymi i id (IFC GUIDs)
- Integracja komponentów: łączenie przeglądarek BIM (xeokit, IFC.js, APS), parserów PDF oraz frameworków AI (RAG, agentic AI)
- Współpraca z inżynierami: automatyzacja reguł odbiorowych i dostrajanie modeli LLM pod kątem dokładności analiz branżowych
- Wdrażanie modułów zgłaszania usterek powiązanych z geometrią modelu 3D (BCF / viewpoints)
- Projekt: budowa od zera platformy webowej wspierającej proces odbiorów i weryfikacji budowlanej z wykorzystaniem Agentic AI
- Praca zdalna, elastyczne godziny startu pracy 7:30-9:30
Kogo poszukujemy?
- 8+ lat doświadczenia w tworzeniu oprogramowania dla branży BIM/AEC
- Zaawansowana znajomość IFC: parsowanie struktur danych, standardy BuildingSMART, przetwarzanie geometrii 3D
- Biegłość programistyczna w C#, Python lub JavaScript/TypeScript
- Praktyczna znajomość przeglądarek BIM: IFC.js, xeokit, Autodesk Construction Cloud / APS lub podobnych
- Doświadczenie w integracji modeli GenAI, RAG, agentów AI (LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel) i baz wektorowych/grafowych
- Wykształcenie wyższe (Inżynieria Budowlana, Architektura, Informatyka lub pokrewne)
