Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Conduct UX reviews and contribute to the end-to-end user experience of the marketplace
- Collaborate closely with software developers to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented
- Maintain functional and technical documentation
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
Kogo poszukujemy?
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in software product delivery
- Hands-on experience with UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and Figma
- Strong ability to write functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams in close collaboration with developers
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
- Fluent written and spoken English for documentation and communication with international stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience in data-related domains such as data platforms, analytics, or data governance
- Experience working on data marketplace, data catalog, or data platform products
- Familiarity with data mesh architecture
- Background combining UX design and IT analysis responsibilities within a single role
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
